En el diploma, con fecha del 20 de febrero, se le\u00eda: \u00abLa Junta General de Loncos y Caciques de Nueva Imperial y de las 30 comunas de la IX Regi\u00f3n de la Araucan\u00eda, acord\u00f3 nombrar a S.E., el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Capit\u00e1n General Augusto Pinochet Ugarte, Ulmen Futa Lonco; es decir, su Jefe M\u00e1ximo, Conductor y Gu\u00eda, por haberse preocupado desde el inicio de su mandato presidencial de que el Pueblo Mapuche recuperara su dignidad y recibiera los beneficios sociales y la propiedad de su tierra que hist\u00f3ricamente le fue negada\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" src=\"https:\/\/pinochetismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FUTA-LONCO.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3092\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1;width:954px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pinochetismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FUTA-LONCO.jpg 400w, https:\/\/pinochetismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FUTA-LONCO-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPresidente Pinochet es nombrado Principal Gran Cabecilla del Pueblo Mapuche.
